  My personal story is one of borders becoming bridges. I was born in Batumi to an international family. My grandmother is German, my grandfather is Polish, and my father is Ukrainian. Respect for different cultures and traditions was part of our everyday life.

  Today I live in Turkey and understand better than anyone what it means to look for a “home away from home.” Especially when you are surrounded by an unfamiliar language and different laws.

  For many of my clients, real estate in Turkey is not just an investment. It is a place where the morning begins with coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea. A place where parents come to wait out the winter and blackouts. A place where relatives from different countries can get together again, just like before.

  That is why we work together to create a space for their new life, security, and family warmth.
